Last year, I published a book titled “The Product Growth Playbook” aimed at entrepreneurs, product managers and designers.
This book has a rich, ten-year history. The journey behind this book, which became a bestseller in multiple Amazon categories, is quite extensive. However, let me give you a quick overview of its content.
Having served as a partner and “growth guy” across three different companies, and overseeing over 50 apps for more than 15 years, I wrote this book to be a practical guide. It demystifies the tactical steps involved in transforming a product into a global success story, outlining the tools we use in a clear, step-by-step manner – no jargon in it!
Now, I'm thrilled to announce my second book, hitting shelves on Amazon.com on June 24th (pre-order here!). This time, I'm turning my focus to software developers.
For nearly two decades, I've collaborated shoulder-to-shoulder with brilliant developers while building products. This book is my way of giving back.
It's a companion piece designed to empower my developer friends, and anyone like them, to leverage their coding expertise and become successful entrepreneurs.

Two Books, One Vision
Looking at these books side-by-side is quite a sight! White for product managers, black for developers – it's a visually striking pairing, and one that reflects my vision for the future.
The second book prepares readers for the post-AI era. It dives deep into creating impactful, revenue-generating products with over 100 AI tools. Real-world success stories using these tools solidify the concepts. This book aims to raise awareness and chart a clear path forward.
The first book delves into the nitty-gritty. It outlines the 56 essential stages for building a global product, from conception to design, marketing, and international expansion. Each stage is broken down into two key components: 10 actionable steps and 10 crucial questions to ponder.
This structure empowers the book to be your constant companion. Regardless of which stage you're at, you can revisit it to identify missed steps or ask crucial questions you might have overlooked. It's like having a seasoned colleague by your side, brainstorming solutions in your daily work.
This is precisely where today's LLM-based AI tools (like ChatGPT) excel. When you know the steps and questions, AI is ready to assist. Together, these books become a powerful guide when used in tandem with AI tools. One book envisions the future, while the other details how to build it brick by brick.
This aligns perfectly with my vision for Next Big App – to cultivate a collaborative community shaping the future. I mentioned this concept in the newsletter's fifth issue. Both books serve as essential resources for the global audience I aim to reach with the company.
Moving forward, our focus remains on steadily growing this global community, one step at a time. The road ahead is challenging, but incredibly exciting. I hope a year from now, we'll be much closer to our dream.
